extremely overpriced for what the food actually is...chicken was dry and overdone, likely been sitting around for a while. the delivery guy also decided to leave a bunch of business cards scattered around the floors in my building elevator/lobby areas

Delivery takes the full estimated time, not late though. Food arrived hot and delivery very professional. Pasta was very fresh, and sauce high quality. They only give 3 average size meatballs, which makes 'em kinda over-priced though.

Very very rude service. My food never came and the guy on the phone aren't helping at all and seem to be blaming me for not getting the food. Very very rude he won't allow me to cancel the order and told me that he will send me the food tomorrow since the delivery guy went home already because he doesn't want to take his time to deliver the food himself. I ask for his name and he didn't want to say his name and said to me "you know what ill cancel your order just don't order delivery from us again". This place really have a problem.

The portions are small relative to other places, and you definitely have to pay up, but Bocca delivers extremely high quality italian food to your door. It's tough to be disappointed and it's tough to find anything as good or better. I've had the meat dishes and pasta, no complaints.

Gross! The polpettine were really icky in a slimy, oil slick like sauce. The tonnarelli was agressive with the pepper and very creamy! The bucantini was also ok the guanciale (bacon) was basically bacon fat, so the dish had a fattiness and oiliness about it. For the $53.00, i would have rather had anything else. I would not order from here again or try the restaurant.
